  • USING ANCESTRAL WISDOM AND CUTTING EDGE research I work to ADDRESS THE PHYSICAL ELEMENTS OF HEALTH AS WELL AS THE MENTAL, EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL.

  • sessions include 1 on 1 guidance IN DIET, SLEEP, STRESS management, DETOXIFICATION, natural MOVEMENT and functional fitness but also consider mindset, COMMUNITY, EMOTIONAL agility and inner work that ushers you towards your highest purpose.

  • 60-90 MINUTE WEEKLY COACHING SESSIONS ARE EXPERIENTIAL. WHEN OUR SCHEDULES PERMIT THIS IS DONE IN PERSON, IN NATURE. OTHERWISE, SESSIONS ARE DONE ON THE PHONE OR SKYPE.

  • This is an 'on call' level of service that includes email session follow ups, a book club, as well as text message support.

Minimum initial commitment is 16 sessions at a cost of $2997

Q. What value does this type of coaching offer?

A. My goal with coaching is a literal interpretation of a holistic model of health. For the last 10 years my passion has been self development and human performance. I've guinea pigged diets from raw vegan to paleo, many forms of fasting and meditation, movement disciplines as varied as Ironman triathlons, MovNat and yoga but also invested a lot of time in inner work and alternative health pursuits like transformational breath work, Heartmath HRV Training and the Wim Hof method.

Q. What sort of diet do I have to follow?

A. 90% of the time you'll be encouraged to eat a paleo inspired diet that is similar to the Bulletproof diet.

Q. Can you describe a session?

A. Sessions typically include both a classroom or education component and a physical component. Sometimes we get 2 birds with 1 stone. A paddle board conversation in the Burrard inlet or a hike in Pacific Spirit or North Vancovuer. For reflective, learning intensive sessions I meet at the 05 Rare Tea Bar on 4th Ave in Kitsilano.  For clients outside of Vancouver or when our face to face meetings are not possible I do phone based coaching but encourage we both get into nature for the call. After our session you will receive an email summary with any additional resources as well as clarification on your weekly accountability focus.

Q. I've committed to health before, why is this experience going to be different than past failed attempts?

A.  In a word: strategy.

Early in our work you are asked to complete an intake that will guide me in how to best help you harvest your low hanging fruit. This tactic, of implementing strategic changes, that require little effort but offer the most reward, is the underlying efficiency goal of all of my coaching work. If I can preserve your willpower through strategy, then you're far more likely to succeed.
